We know that it can be scary or embarrassing to talk about certain things, but there's nothing you can do or say that will shock a medical professional. No matter what you're dealing with, there are other people in your situation and your doctor will have seen it all before. If you feel comfortable you should tell your parent, carer, or a trusted adult at your school, then talk to your doctor about any health concerns.
