As you get older, you will need to begin thinking about how you want to live your life, for many this means living life more independently. That doesn't mean that you will have to give up help from family, friends and organisations, but rather, being able to make decisions about your life and how you live it.

Independence will look different for everyone, but it's important to plan ahead to make sure everything is in place to let you live your life with confidence and with the support needed to succeed.
