Complaints
Complaints can be made into educational settings or services if you feel unhappy with the support that you have been given. You can make a complaint if you’re not happy:
- with the advice or support that you’ve been given
- about how you’ve been treated
- that your support needs have not been identified or acknowledged
- because you’ve had difficulty getting in contact or received a lack of communication
- because you feel that you are not getting what you require
- because you have not received what you have been promised.
If you have a special educational need and/or disability and you feel unhappy with anything that is related to your education, health or social care needs, then you can contact Ask Us Nottinghamshire, to discuss your current situation. We can support you to resolve the issue.
