Feeling good
Yoga and meditation great for managing stress and helping if you feel anxious. There are lots of good, free resources and tutorials on YouTube and Smilng Mind, a free app aimed specifically at young people.
Taking breaks is really important whether you’re studying or doing jobs at home. This could be going for a quick walk, sitting outside, having a cup of tea or snack, or doing some stretches.
When you feel negative, it can be really tricky to think of anything positive. It can help to take some time to think about things you like about yourself as well as other people. You could write a list of 3 things you’re good at, or just keep it in your head. You could even tell someone what you like about them, or what they’re good at. We bet that will make them happy, and then you’ll feel happy too!
