When you are studying or doing jobs at home, it's important to take breaks. By going for a walk, having a cup of tea, or calling a friend for a quick chat, taking breaks helps to feel more relaxed.
Do Something You Enjoy
When we spend all of our time studying or working, we can forget to make time for doing the things we enjoy and that make us feel happy! If you are feeling stressed or upset, make a list of three things that you really enjoy doing, and then make sure you spend some time doing them. It's sure to cheer you up!
